It's been a banner week for Antipodean actor Hugh Jackman. In addition to attending the premiere of upcoming WW II epic "Australia," the thesp was also named the Sexiest Man Alive by People Magazine as well as GQ Australia's Man of the Year. (Though we imagine news of those awards were met with howls of derisive laughter from his mates down the pub.) With this in mind, it seems an appropriate time to examine the "sexy" (though we're sure he'd prefer "rakish" or "manly") style of this leading man from Down Under.
For starters, Wolverine keeps things pretty clean-cut in well-fitting suits for his formal appearances, but embraces a more relaxed, rugged attire when he's off the red carpet. In this recent snap at Sydney Airport, Jackman goes for the tough but dapper traveler.
Brixton Crushed Felt Gain in Khaki
Aussie cliché it may be, but Jackman carries off his travel-worn felt hat with some panache. This Brixton fedora will achieve a similarly worldly effect (just don't be tempted to hang corks off it). ($55 from RevolveClothing.com)

Combining said Outback-ready hat with a stylishly slim-cut, v-necked T-shirt strikes a nice balance between Hollywood star and sheep farmer. ($80 from ssense.com)
