When a couple of strapping Australian dudes get up on stage and start manipulating their genitals into amusing shapes, it's hailed as an international theater sensation, but when a meth addict from Washington state stands on an air conditioner and attempts some of his own penis puppetry, he gets arrested for indecent exposure.

Timothy Wayne Martin (what is it with the middle name Wayne?) was reportedly arrested earlier this month at the apartment complex that was the scene of his impromptu performance.

He was naked except for an unbuttoned shirt and the piece of string he had been using to make his little sidekick dance. He also had a quantity of meth and some gentleman's literature.

The 44-year-old now sits in a jail cell, unable to post the $25,000 bail. To which we say: Stay strong, Mr. Martin, few great truly great artists are appreciated in their own time.
